Here are some other suggestions to refer to these idiots as:

18%er - Based on the fact that pretty much all of the audience are the same 18% of the country who still thought Bush was a great president all the way to the end! (Many of whom thought he was sent by Jesus to save us from the evil-doers)
Beckerheads - They are all disciples of everything Beck
Talk-Radiots - Talk-radio (in tandem with Faux News) is where they are taught what to think and believe.

I wish this were true, but it isn't. I know and work with people who really do hang on this guy's every word and take it as gospel.

Have you and yours ever come close to the criticism of the right in speaking of the left?

Or, in your opinion, does the left know what is best for all?

Default Bill O'Reilly on Science: You Can't Explain the Tides

At this point, it should surprise no one that Bill's a bozo.

If a left-wing commentator with influence approaching O'Reilly's made a statement as moronic as "You can't explain the tides", I very much hope they'd take an appropriate amount of flak. Do you have an example, or are you just assuming there must be symmetry?

I will have to object, here. You really can't tell what's cause and effect - it could be that Fox simply attracts ignorant viewers. And, it appears, hosts.
