Could you provide ANYWHERE in the world that gun control has been effective?
Gun control was very effective for Hitler, Stalin, and Mao. After they disarmed the masses, it was easy to kill millions and millions who failed to please them.

My husband and sons are all avid hunters--I was learning gun safety as soon as I was old enough to walk near the gun case at home, and I was hunting with my dad by the time I hit elementary school. That said, I have a hard time understanding any logical reason for someone to be allowed to take a gun to a public event.

Massachusetts has a storage law that requires that all guns be locked up when not in use. A violation is a felony which would bar you from gun ownership for life. I have a 9 year old so I would have to lock them up anyway. I have a biometric fingerprint safe for my carry gun that opens in seconds.
that is the state goverment telling you how to make you feel safer, and to make the goverment feel safer from you the citizen of mass.
does having your firearms locked up downstairs make you feel safer when you have a home invasion? i know it would not for me. that is why I always have cocked and locked 3 firearms in every room of my home.
except for the bathrooms, only have a stainless steel revolver in each of my 2 bathrooms.
Our Government. Listen, I might not agree with the government but unless they ask me to something that's against the will of God, I'm going to obey. That's what I am "commanded" to do. It's not an option.
