To be quite frank about this, I don't remember all this partisan politics before the 2000 election. When those results came back after the Bush/Gore election and Bush won the seat the Gore side started the political sniping and since then I've heard nothing but Dems vs. Repubs, Left vs. Right, Liberal vs. Conservative, Red State vs. Blue State.
I can't say that it was really that bad in this country before the 2000 election season, and now we're going on 11 years of this mess.
People need to stick to the issues and stop the partisan politics.
Don't know how old you are but, have you ever heard the term, "Borked" after how the dems treated Judge Bork at his Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
Or how about John Tower, "Where do I go to get my reputation back?", after the dems trashed him?

Don't Tea Party and Ron Paul folks consider themselves Independents??? It's funny how many Tea Party types on You Tube are putting videos out stating we are not at fault and this guy was a leftist. Mean while in their uploads and favorites are nothing but handguns and AKs. With screen names like Blood Patriot and UrbanKiller. This has hit them close to home and are trying to distance themselves. What this guy rambled on about sounds more like what Alex Jones and Ron Paul has been saying for a few years. seems to me Jared was a so called Libertarian.
