I predict about 30-35 states in total will contest, with only the pacific coast and mid-atlantic states supporting, plus one or two other heavily blue states.

If we keep it up, the Conservative movement will be enough to amend the Constitution to be much more specific, in today's interpretation of the wording. Words used in the Constitution have been manipulated to mean something totally different then the words defined in that time of our great history.

We are getting into amendment territory.
SC has no say in amendments.

That would be the ultimate prize. However the stop gap is to have the SC rule the mandate unconstitutional
