Well well well...we're starting to see the true face of the teabaggers. Pathetic is the only word I can find to describe them.

If following the Constitution is pathetic to you, you are lost.

Nope I'm not lost. It's you guys' misguided policies of wanting to throw the poor people out on the street to die that will be your undoing. Do you REALLY think that after a majority of Americans start seeing what you guys are really about they will support you? You want to undo every civil right that's been achieved in the last 50 years and a vast majority of Americans just won't support that. Sorry to have to break that to you but it's the truth.

lmao Please provide the facts to back this silly statement up. Maybe a cool made up chart like the one showing how unemployment will stay lower than if there wasn't a Theft Package.

He thinks it is horrible, wrong and shouldn't be allowed either, but thought the states should have been the ones to ban it, not the Federal government.

He is not advocating we start up child labor.

Where in America has there been anyone thrown on the streets by anyone else to die unless it was as a victim of violent crime?
You sound brainwashed by some radical leftist website IMO. No political party in this country tries to do that stuff you are talking about.

The Senator was only making the distinction of who had juristiction under the Constitution to correct these problems. It was a lesson about how things were supposed to work if they were working right.
That is what some aren't getting.

I think Maher has the TParty's level of Constitutional understand down pat. He offers a message to them.

He is explaining that the Supreme Court of the United States decided a case in 1918 which acknowledged only states could regulate child labor because Congress had no specific authority to do so.
