That's a nice gesture from McCain...and i'll leave it at that. No need to overanalyze his comments. They are what they are.

Never before has a President had such large majorities in both houses.

It would be like a football team going 16-0 because they are playing with 15 men on the field.

Their record would look great, but look at the why.

You call the collapse of the economy a loaded deck?

Then wth did Bush have for the first 6 years of his presidency? A royal flush?

Is the DREAM Act coming up for another vote? McCain usually starts cozying up to the other Progressives when he catches a wiff of the winds of amnesty.

Another win for Obama with McCain's sentiments here!
Classy.

Looks like John McCain has found someone else who doesn't mind tossing Sarah Palin under the bus for the sake of political expediency.

When BO addresses the vicious and baseless lies and innuendo that was spread by the left about Palin in the hours following the shooting as a stand-alone issue, maybe I'll see McCain's point.

As for the "both sides" crap, there is only one side. Only one side used this tragedy to attempt to try to silence outspoken conservative leaders. Having completely failed by every objective measure to effectively lead the nation, the soulless political animals on one side have revealed with these vicious and unwarranted attacks that they have nothing else to offer the American people except Stalinesque witch hunts and a lock-step march toward the criminalization of opposing ideals.

The attempts by Palin, Beck, Limbaugh, et al to lie down in front of the bus and portray themselves as victims is the real crap here.
