No. I disagree. I am interested in the updates and am hoping she has a full and speedy recovery
I was kind of worried today when I heard she was trached and had a feeding tube placed. I don't know if this meant a gastric tube which is more permanent than just a tube in the nose for nutrition.
I wish her a speedy recover to full health, but I don't really feel the need to hear every innate detail about her medical condition. It's akin to voyeurism, people needing to know every little detail about her medical status. I wish the media would give her and her family some privacy in her recovery. That is what I would want.

The only kind of people who might be "tired" of hearing about something of this magnitude are the empathy-challenged rightwing nut jobs who suddenly feel "uncomfortable" with it all (as well they ought to). You know, those "sensitive" types who do "peaceful" things like start threads asking if Obama is a racist....
I kinda of agree with you, but for totally different reasons.
I fully understand the tragedy that has befallen her.....but a federal judge was killed and we hardly heard anything about him, there was some brief coverage of the poor 9 year old girl....and virtually nothing about the other victims.
Am I the only one? Every time the news comes on we get the ghory details of the latest procedure they did to her. Really, I could care less. Tell us if she dies, otherwise, who cares.

I do care how she's doing and I do hope she has a full recovery. I am also quite tired of hearing how the shooting is becoming so politicized. The guy was a nut job....I wish people would stop trying to read things into that.
I understand what you are saying. People are murdered every day, but some get the headlines and all of the attention because of who they are. I know about her and the nine year old girl and then there are another 5 people that lost their lives that I don't think anyone knows their name. Or is it 4? See what I mean I'm not even sure. And I agree that the details of someones surgery could be left out.
