Even if the shooter had gone to a Mental Health Facility, enven if the Doctor there had decided he was a "danger to self or others", even if he had been kept there for 72 hours, even if the facility actually completed the weapons ban paperwork and submitted it, no weapons bans have been sumbitted since Frau Brewer has been Governor so when he went to buy the weapon the purchase would not have been flagged

Are you trying to make a point of some sort here? In the scenario you describe, it is illegal for him to purchase a firearm.
No new bans on any weapons on the part of Governor Brewer or any one else were needed.

Of course it would have. You cannot just ignore the federal firearms laws on the books. Please, read the BATFE form 4473 and the Brady Bill (law) before writing such inaccuracies. Google them yourself.

You're spouting non-sense. When you go purchase a firearm the federal form you have to fill out asks if you've been involuntarily committed to a mental institution. If you say yes, you can't purchase the firearm as per federal law
If what you claim is true you are the type of gun owner that risks the rights of those who are law abiding.
I didn't say I commit gun felonies, just felonies.
I'd wager to bet that more people have done so, either knowingly or unknowingly, than you think so.
"Some authors have asserted that the average American professional will commit three federal crimes every day, without even realizing it. The book, “Three Felonies a Day†explains that there is so much new legislation every year, and it is so ambiguous, that federal prosecutors can interpret the laws broadly and without regard to criminal intent."
Gun ownership should be severely restricted or better yet, totally banned. That is the only way the US can become as safe as other developed nations. Americans have to realize that guns are the root of the problem, not the other way around.
Dumbest thing I ever heard. Go fu*k yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I might be wrong on this, but I believe the NICS system is administered by the FBI, not F-troop.
Schumer sent the letter to the BATFE and AG Holder.
