From everything I have read about Loughner's obsession with Ms. Giffords, he didn't like the answer she gave to a question he asked her when he attended a prior one of these "meet and greets" that she did back in 2007. It had nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi.

I disagree. I think he believed she wasn't left enough, and the anti-Pelosi vote trying to get her out of leadership sealed her fate. Agree to disagree.

I also think that Daily Kos dropping that "dead to me" posting is highly suspicious.

Ezra Klein - Why Jared Loughner hated Rep. Gabrielle Giffords

This from a friend of Loughner's:

The question was, 'What is government if words have no meaning?' "

Giffords' answer, whatever it was, didn't satisfy Loughner. "He said, 'Can you believe it, they wouldn't answer my question,' and I told him, 'Dude, no one's going to answer that,'" Tierney recalls. "Ever since that, he thought she was fake, he had something against her."

Nah, Daily Kos gives users the ability to delete their own diaries, and so Boyblue did, out of a feeling that it was inappropriate after the shooting. Comments are forever, and cannot be edited, but diaries are editable and deletable.

Then boyblue is under suspicion as far as I'm concerned.

[quote=American_Libertarian;17458025]Jerad Loughner was CRAZY. Period.
