Agreed. Great that they found it, or that the numskull who made it screwed up. Either way, thank goodness no one was hurt.
It will be interesting to see what they find. I know the N. Idaho area has a number of neoNazi/white supremist groups, and this is just the sort of thing such extremists might do. Not saying they would do this, but that linkage is in my mind. Let me say that racism in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho) is VERY unpopular, but some white supremist groups have chosen to call N. Idaho home. Some people have all the luck....
We need a simple policy with these devices when found, return to sender...
