Face it, we got scammed in 2008.

We need to make sure we have this covered for the 2012 election so he does not scam us again.

With many states now working on forcing further proof then a short form photo shopped piece of paper, hopefully we can now force every single person running for this office to produce more information and documents.

I am also for anyone who had locked up their lifelong history and records to not be allowed on any Presidential ballot.

Anyone in this office should have their entire life open for all to see.

The most powerful office in the world needs to clear that no one is hiding anything and records of any kind should not be allowed to be locked.

If you do not believe this then you should not run period.

We deserve to know everything about someone who is a candidate for this office no matter who they are.

Paragrapgh 38:

"To the extent this paragraph alleges that Lolo Soetoro is or ever was President Obama's father by birth or adoption, that allegation is denied."

Also paragraph 44.

Incorrect. Read the case.

Please...provide the exact quotation from the court where this was supposedly "acknowledged."
Read the info that was linked, and research further if you're still not clear on the acknowledged difference between a 'native born' and a 'natural born' citizen.

Even liberal Justice Ginsburg knows that a Constitutionally eligible natural born citizen must have a U.S. citizen father...

“Mr. Kneedler, I have a problem with it [Kneedler’s argument]. You would surely have a huge statelessness problem if you didn’t recognize that the child born abroad to U.S. citizens is a U.S. citizen because, as you point out, in most countries in the world, they go by blood, not by land of birth.â€â€”“You call the child born abroad an alien, but in most places in the world that child would NOT be a citizen of the place in which that person is born; isn’t that so?â€
“Well, I thought you said in your brief that in most places, and I think it’s right, they do not go on just solely, they go on parentage.â€
“Mr. Kneedler, If Congress went back to the way it was when everything was determined by the father’s citizenship, go back to before 1934"

Based on what? They offer no evidence.

The legal evidence indicates he was adopted by Soetoro, the US State Department's completely unsubstantiated denial of such notwithstanding.

I know the case backwards and forward. They explicitly refused to do what you keep insisting they did.

Read it long before you ever posted it. An anecdote in an affidavit is not an acknowledgment by any court of anything.

That would be more compelling a claim had she actually said that. Sadly, she didn't.

Under Article VII of the Federal Rules of Evidence... their testimony is in and of itself expert evidence.

You provided the transcript.

Are you telling me your transcript is a lie and I should listen to the recording instead?
