For numerous reasons, including a member of his own family saying she was at his birth in Kenya. Also, because of numerous discrepancies in what he has said, his wife has said, that no classmates remember him from Columbia, his unwillingness to disclose his bar admission records and school records (which likely would reveal by his own admission that he claimed he was born in Kenya), etc., etc. It's not like Obozo was born to known U.S. parents and there's no question about his natural born citizen status - Obozo's status is highly questionable...and understandably so.

U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal (GA-R) challenged the eligibility of Obozo to hold the office of the U.S. presidency. You would think that Obozo would gladly confirm to any Congress member the proof of his eligibility by revelaing his long-form birth certificate. But, nope - he refuses. Why?

look at the form itself, upper right hand corner. it's from the dept of health, not the hospital. wether the hospital does or doesn't have records of birth from that time is up to the hospital. federal law does not require they do. but even if they did, hawaiian law forbids them making it a public record ( atleast while the person/patient is alive ).

the hawaiian dept of health does have record of obama's birth....... and susan nordyke.

Because it is now 2011, and Hawaii has not released that versions for a decade.

You have been misinformed. Obama's "hospital records" are no different from anybody else's born at the same time. The fact that hospitals are prohibited by law from releasing that information does mean it does not exist.

This is no longer the law... but is what was in effect when the president was born.
you are correct sir.

score stands at 1-1.

This is all bs. And you're so biased that you call the President of the United States "Obozo" and still expect your posts to have any credibility. When you can't maintain even a facade of civility, you shouldn't expect people to respect your arguments. His grandmother, speaking through an interpreter, was misinterpreted. She has since made that very clear. He and his wife have recognized his ancestral ties to Kenya. So what? His college records are none of your business. You aren't allowed to go fishing in someone's past just because you want to. His mother and grandparents were known US citizens. His father wasn't. It's not like he's the first President to have a parent from another country. His citizenship status isn't questionable at all. You don't have a single iota of proof that it is. Nada. Nothing. You are spinning your wheels and grasping at straws to try to say it is. And it is irrational.

As for Nathan, the people who voted for him should learn from his actions. He's not suited to being a legislator, since he's clearly unfamiliar with the law. Shame on him!

Obozo's eligibility status to be POTUS is much like O.J. Simpson being found not-quilty of killing his wife and another person. Simpson got away with murder ...and Obozo got away with the liberal court system's judges unwilling to say anyone has standing...along with virtually all Congress members unwilling to challenge Obozo because they were afraid of losing the support of some of their constituents.

Fraud Obozo is a usurper and occupying the White House and happily destroying America with his radical left-wing ideals. There's little doubt that history will confirm that Obozo never should have been able to be POTUS. I think he'll go down in history as a fraud...because the truth will come out sooner or later - sadly long after the damage was done.

Well said.

As I have said (I believe on this very thread) if these people actually got up from their computers and got a JOB, they may feel better about themselves and stop wasting their time on foolishness.

I mean, how can some of these posters keep yapping away all day, generating thousands of posts, and yet hold a job at the same time? Answer: they can't, and I doubt those who claim to be 'retired' (disabled, yet, I believe).
