Using your line of thinking.....all religion should be banned because some use it to victimize others.

Any other Gosnells out there need to be arrested, just like anyone else who breaks the law.
You can't use Gosnell as an argument to ban all abortion, anymore than we should use pedophile priests as a reason to get rid of Catholic churches.
This man was performing ILLEGAL abortions and was arrested for it. I stress ILLEGAL because that the isssue, not the entire topic of abortion.

The only difference is he's doing it later instead of earlier. It's a sad thing that the law sees a young developing baby as not human until a certain point. "It" has a heartbeat, brainwaves, movement, etc. What is "it", a rock, a piece of newspaper, something else?
Nope, it simply has the Potential to become a baby, until there is a brain it cannot be considered a person medically or legally since there isn't anyone residing there. That is why abortion will never be completely banned, because science does not support your view of the matter.
