Should People Without Insurance Be Sued If They Get Sick?
This may be a solution to America's healthcare problem that should please all.
1. Instead of being a burden to taxpayers, the sick/sued will have their homes and all valuables confiscated to pay for medical treatment.
2. No burden to insurance companies.
3. No government interference in the insurance industry.
4. Such a law will provide a great incentive for everyone to stay healthy.

It happens every day.
People get judgments against them for medical bills.
But, it is hard to collect unless wages can be garnished.
Since government criminalized unlicensed medical care, there is no "right to healthcare".
All healthcare is a government controlled privilege.
If you truly want universal health care, you have to decriminalize it, and get government out of the way.
Who says that people without insurance are a burden on society? There are people who are fully capable of paying for their own health care. Should they be punished for doing so?
