Should People Without Insurance Be Sued If They Get Sick?
This may be a solution to America's healthcare problem that should please all.
1. Instead of being a burden to taxpayers, the sick/sued will have their homes and all valuables confiscated to pay for medical treatment.
2. No burden to insurance companies.
3. No government interference in the insurance industry.
4. Such a law will provide a great incentive for everyone to stay healthy.

It happens every day.

People get judgments against them for medical bills.

But, it is hard to collect unless wages can be garnished.

Before leaping to conclusions...

Since government criminalized unlicensed medical care, there is no "right to healthcare".
All healthcare is a government controlled privilege.
If you truly want universal health care, you have to decriminalize it, and get government out of the way.

Good luck. The majority who don't have insurance simply can't AFFORD it. Good luck getting blood out of a turnip.

Are there no prisons? And the workhouses, are they still in operation?

Yes, the uninsured without any valuables can be put into work camps so they could at least do some work before they die.

Who says that people without insurance are a burden on society? There are people who are fully capable of paying for their own health care. Should they be punished for doing so?
