How dumb can you get, suing over causing your own embarrassing moment? She wasn't even hurt...not that it makes a difference in the frivolous nature of her lawsuit, but what is she hoping to get out of the suit? Her pride back?

accusing staff of laughing instead of helping her out of the water
She didn't need much help getting INTO the water did she?

And anyhow, how would it be possible NOT to laugh at her??

On another note:

The Mall is suing her for water pollution

I agree!

These frivolous lawsuits are getting way out of hand. They should start charging all these idiots for court costs and defendants fees if they loose. There's no self responsibility anymore, she's suing because the guards laughed at her.Well Cathy Marrero, you're stupidity is pretty darn funny!

I'm laughing at her also. Is she going to sue me too?

The bad part is that if it wasn't a fountain it could have been a person. I've had people walk straight into ME at the mall before because they distracted and not looking while walking. My biggest complaint is people who walk forward while trying to carry on a conversation with someone behind them so they have their head turned backwards....I can always see them coming but sometimes can't get out of their way because of crowds or whatever. I often walk around in malls with my hand up ready to push people away from me. No joke.

Danger lurks everywhere. Better hire a body guard.

I know exactly what you mean. I often see someone in a store pushing a shopping cart while their head is turned another direction, looking at the shelves or whatever. Like wtf! Do they drive their car the same way?
