Well, it always has been before. However, this administration operates an unprecedented levels of "recess breaks" including golf and vacations. That might be tolerable if her were doing an outstanding or even good job. However, at the low levels of "non-performance" exhibited by BO, you would expect more "nose-to-the-grindstone", and less time on the putting greens. After all, he will have plenty of time after January 2013 to play golf and walk down the beach.

I voted "no" but I didn't like the "old" one, either. The "new" Obama is just a wolf in sheeps clothing so he can get re-elected in 2012. And if the socialists and commies didn't think that, too, they would be protesting his current facade more than they are now.

My sentiments exactly!

Besides there is no difference between the old and new. It would take a lot of personal growth and work for him to change. And by the looks of it he thinks he is pretty good to go.

I agree!

I neither trust nor believe one word that comes out of his mouth.

I am not either.

Remember he is the ultimate scam artist and the new suit is the same old suit with a difference smell.

He is trying to act like a republican and it is not working. He is not smart enough to be a republican.

I was in a chat room where I was incensing left wingers and driving them ape %^&* by pointing out that Obama has done little beyond continuing Bush's policies. I think I ticked off a few right wingers by comparing him so closely to Bush but the truth cuts both ways. So by appeasing republican monied interests he gets a little bump in the polls and his supporters think he's doing a great job. People just don't care about his policies and either love him or hate him based on hating the other party more.
Aside from making a few gestures to the far left like gays in the military and lip service to green energy, what has he done? Obama care is being challenged and is years away from being implemented even in a watered down reduced form at best. He's bailed out the biggest wall street companies( Like Bush). Increased spending ( Like Bush). Kept up our war strategy in iraq and Afghanistan( Like Bush). I'm not going to say thats all bad( or good) or could even be changed, but its not different.
So how could you support Bush and hate Obama or hate Bush and support Obama when they're so similar? I mean even in intellect and personality. I can see why our politicians and Wall Street would want another rubber stamp dividing and distracting the country for another 4 years on top of the past 8 with Bush. I just don't get how people from either party can be satisfied with a status quo thats running the country into the toilet.

Unions are not always villains. In the past, Unions vastly improved the lives of workers in this nation. Maybe some have lost their way more recently, but Unions were vital in creating a middle class in this nation.
