Olbermann was just so angry all the time and seemed to be really PO'ed at Fox for stomping him in the ratings. That tactic didn't appear to help either his ratings or his ability to keep his job.

eriously, you all act like KO personally attacked you. Keith's show, regardless of your politics, made a huge impact on the political landscape. He raised awareness, again regardless of your personal feelings. Did he raise uber cash for causes? yea ... He did. He helped people publicly and privately. I think his legacy is how he wound all you right wingers up. I love that ... And this thread proves my point to a T.

Maddow and Olbermann are both very intelligent. Olbermann was at Cornell Univ at 16. Maddow is a Rhodes Scholar. They both represent what Conservatives fear most, intelligence.
