As much as 9/11 benefited the extreme warmongering neocons I do not think even Cheney had the resources or skill needed to get it done. I am certain the Shrub did not.
In China and Japan they are already teaching in elementary school history that 9/11 was engineered and executed by the U.S. Governement to advance the NWO agenda.
