"Personal responsibility" is a wonderful vague, catch-all phrase like "freedom" and "mom's apple pie" and "clean air."

Can you explain why it's our "personal responsibility" (your phrase) as Americans to babysit Israel?

I really don't give a flying **** for anything in Israel, any more than I do for anything in Papua New Guinea.

This is one example of how too much gov't always leads to gov't doing things that gov't should not be doing.
