Iranian book celebrating jihad-martyrdom suicide bombers found in Arizona desert - Jihad Watch

This reminds us again that the reality of an open border is that ANYONE and EVERYONE can come across. While open borders advocates always point to the hardworking Mexicans who come here to take jobs that "Americans won't do", this is a reminder that we also have murderers, arsonists, drug trafficers, and terrorists that can cross at will as well. Over 100,000 non-Mexicans cross our open border every year. How many of them want to kill us? If the answer is even "Only a few" is that still a reason to have an open border?

Bah..must have fallen out of a plane. Everyone knows terrorists only fly planes.
They would never think to just walk across our open borders to the south.

Just another reason why Homeland Security needs to take over the publishing industry, and make sure that no books exist in the USA until they are censored and approved by the Christian Conservative government, and ban all books printed in a foreign country, and shut down the worldwide web. Why do we have all our military forces overseas, when they ought to be here at home, searching libraries and private book collections and weeding out all books that are not US government approved, defending our liberty and way of life from unauthorized books. Especially (insert foreign language here) books, to keep them from making us all speak (insert foreign language here).

God help us if Sheriff Joe keeps on finding books in the desert.

They are busy banning Tom Sawyer and Harry Potter books.
I guess terrorist books are somewhere down their list.

What does the presence of a book prove? I have a couple of books on the Bin Ladens...one is from the library.

This has nothing to do with the southern border, anymore than the possibility of terrorists entering the US on a valid passport. How many of those who enter our country on a valid passport what to kill us? How many home-grown terrorists do we have?

And the previous poster is suggesting banning books? Great...

Although I have no proof, I truly believe the book is a plant. Also It's much easier to cross the border from Canada than it is the southern side. Just for giggles, does anyone have any cost estimate on the price of sealing both the southern and northern borders of the USA 100% airtight?

A sharp drop in illegal border crossings reported - Los Angeles Times

About 300,000 illegal immigrants entered the U.S. each year from 2007 to 2009, down from the roughly 850,000 that entered annually from 2000 to 2005, according to the Pew report.

Sure, due to the bad economy. Once things pick up again then the number if illegal aliens attempting to penetrate our borders will increase again.

It demonstrates that people that are terrorists, would-be terrorists, or those that have terrorist sympathies are crossing in to this country undetected.
