Perhaps not, but most modern presidents (aside from Kennedy, obviously) later published detailed memoirs that outlined their decision making process, gave insight into their thoughts on the issues, etc. In Reagan's case he never had the opportunity to write a book, so people make shyt up as they go along, as evidenced by the OP.

This is why, it is a sales pitch, trying to pander to the more gullible segment of the population. From the bottom of the OP link:

For more on these topics, see Robert Parry’s Lost History and Secrecy & Privilege, which are now available with Neck Deep, in a three-book set for the discount price of only $29.

His latest book, Neck Deep: The Disastrous Presidency of George W. Bush, was written with two of his sons, Sam and Nat [snip] His two previous books, Secrecy & Privilege: The Rise of the Bush Dynasty from Watergate to Iraq and Lost History: Contras, Cocaine, the Press & 'Project Truth' are also available there.
I suppose if you like conspiracy theories these books would be a fine complement to the tin foil hat.

Yeah, real smart.

Ronald Reagan and the congress beneath him are responsible for the 300% increase in medical costs and insurance rates today.

Thanks gipper.

Did I say that Carter wasn't a bad President?

Never said that.

What I'm saying is that President Reagan was a worse President, whose decade was salvaged by the collapse of the Soviet Union which was really the result of American foreign policy set forth since Eisenhower.

Reagan didn't win the cold war, he carried the ball across the goal line, from the one yard line.

Ronald Reagan caused our insurance rates to increase, medical rates to go up, fueled the military industrial complex that didn't need any more fuel, increased the national debt, and caused wealth to be taken from middle class and increased the wealth of the super rich.

Reagan was a bad President, period.

As an aside, we will never invade North Korea. Unless we want to fight China, as well. North Korea is the insane bulldog on China's back porch.

The article.. had a lot of stuff to say.

The Reagan Legacy .....answer to domestic problems is always to cut taxes

Things that it said were wrong, though. Whch makes it hard to believe the rest is right.
