They already are hired based on the content of their QUALIFICATIONS!

Where have you heard that? The same place that i heard it from. Of course, i love how conservatives love quoting Dr. King now that he's safely in his grave.

The Politico link mentions and quotes several pubic officials including members of Congress by name. They wouldn't fabricate such quotes and run the risk of getting sued. Just because *you* say Politico is biased, doesn't mean it *is* And if you noticed in post #37 someone tried to link to an article from Jet - That's like Ebony/BET as far as I'm concerned. Anyway the Politico link is 3 choppy pages, so essentially it's 1 page. And it has one paragraph in it (I won't tell you where) that even you'd like to possibly quote because it's in line with what you think. But overall, I'll bet you won't like it. Too bad, because quotes can't be fabricated, unless the fabricator has a backwards desire to get sued.

Well, for over ten years I ws in the mortgage industry. I worked for a major national corporation as an executive sales manager when I was at the top of my game. I was a hiring manager and heavily involved in the HR and hiring process....but...what do I know. I'll just ask you and you'll tell me that you're sure I know nothing.

We all know that industry collapsed. I'm now an outside sales rep for a durable medical equipment corporation. That may or may not qualify me as a working stiff. Frankly I don't care.

If you think the informnation that I provided is incorrect please feel free to provide proof of that. I see this often. You have lost the argument but don't want to admit it so you attack the source. Feel free to quit while you're behind.

You said that the government can't force companies to hire minorities. I showed that you were wrong. You lost. That's it....run away now. I know you'll never admit you lost.
