they don't like the way things are going, and they want change, so they take to the streets and actually attempt to change things.
people in america want change, they post on a internet forum saying how much this country sucks, scratches his ass, grabs a 2 liter of coke, extra large papa johns pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese, sits in his chair and stares at the screen for 10 hours watching football every week.
anybody who walks the walk and talks the talk like the egyptians are, i'll always respect that.
the armchair quarterback though, which is only too common in the us, that sits and does nothing but whine about things in this country, but does nothing about it, deserves no respect.
If you REALLY did here in the streets what was done in Egypt the U.S. government would shoot you DEAD in the streets...
The biggest problem I think is that soon millions of Muslims will use this as an excuse to come to the USA for their asylum and of course the easy money here. If Islam could be contained to the current Islamic countries, that would be the best thing. It's the fact that they flee their failed Islamic paradises, move to the West and them start trying to create another Islamic paradise.

When you are done urinating on the American people, it might be time for a dose of reality. Mubarak has been in control of the country since 1981, it only took these people you are praising, 29 years to stop scratching their asses and do something about it.

Egypt - like so many other countries in the world - has seen mass demonstrations, protests, etc, in it's past. To insult the Egyptian people by categorizing them as lazy "ass scratchers" is boneheaded.

Maybe you've failed to notice but money here in the USA isn't exactly "easy" anymore...

Are these the same Muslim countries being influenced and coerced politically, financially, and militarily by the west?
How do you propose "containing" Islam and it's Muslims?

Only by proxy can blame be pointed at the Muslim ummah (the whole community of the religion) via their democratic institutions. Thereafter, the classic argument of whether or not democracy is an effective government comes into play... and that's a whole other monster.
Your generalizations bear no fruit at all.
