It's fairly obvious that health care systems similar to those places is what ObamaCare is meant to emulate one day.

Obama doesn't care if all the private insurance comanies go belly-up one day, then he'll get what he wanted from the beginning (and has said so in public).

Yep, and the libs on the court will be paid off; who knows, they may even assassinate the non-libs on the court before a vote is taken.

This alternative is a much more expensive option. Of course the right never mentions this.

He never said this in public, please don't make things up. Does anybody HONESTLY believe his goal is to eliminate private industry? Who believes this non sense anyway?

He HAS SAID in public that a completely government run single payer health care system is his idea of an ideal system.

So has his Medicare czar Dr. Ronald Berwick.

I know it's a lot of reading, but some perspective may help.

You're joking? The clip and interview has been played over and over again on this board and it seems you ignored it each and every time.

The full interview is also available, but I doubt you will even watch this one, in his own words.

Yes we are already paying for others health care when they show up for ER care uninsured. Get a grip on reality. If people don't want to help pay for their own care, then the 1986 law mandating ER care regardless of ability to pay should be repealed and you and others that want to have totally privately sponsored health care should be left to die if you fail to have the funds to fully pay for whatever care you need. And I know that many of you who feel that way are far from wealthy and able to pay out of pocket for major medical expenses should that unfortunate need arise.

Exactly my sentiments! End the free ride and let the chips fall where they may!

If the freeloaders can't count on society's generosity to bail them out, at least some of them will take responsibility for themselves. And of course some won't - no reason to waste any sympathy on them...
