They didn't compromise with the Republicans at all. They compromised with some less liberal members of their own party.

Isn't that one of the reasons why this country is in such a mess..........people buying things they cannot afford?

Is it wise to buy a house you can't afford just so you can get a tax deduction?

I'm sorry but I don't take hallucinogens, but I'm not one to ruin your party. If you need a designated driver I'm sure Olbermann would... oh wait, no he won't.

[1] Yes, there are waivers, for one relatively small part of the act.

[2] They are one-year waivers. An organization can apply and get another waiver when the first one expires. However, ...

[3] The waivers are temporary. All waivers end January 1, 2014. On that date, health insurance plans offered in the various health exchanges cannot have an annual cap on insurance coverage.

I don't think that is it. The HC Law has a great many Repub ideas in it. Too many I think. But the GOP's real reason they are working so hard to repeal and prevent it from moving forward, is the letter behind the name of the person who signed it into Law, the letter D. Absolutely nothing else matters to them in this Law.

Not only are people who never wanted it being strapped with it, but the ones who wanted it are getting waivers to skirt it!!! America has never had such a bad case of A.D.D.
Temporary waivers.

The dems forced it down out throat, because they knew they could...just like they wanted to shove the 1500+ page omni-bus bill down our throat...
Then why didn't they try to implement something when they were in power. HI has been going up at high rates for years. It didn't just happen.
