I believe it is a time for mandatory retirement age at age 65 to maximum 70. Elderly people (especially those who could for sure retire comfortably) are taking over jobs that our college graduates and younger adults should be start working at. Middle-income and high-income elderly over 65 who still work are being selfish! Seriously stop working, and go out and enjoy life and start spending your money to create more businesses, and lower the unemployment rate and give a chance now to the younger generation. This applies especially to professional jobs. Retired people could volunteer, substitute, or do bunch of other things if they feel "bored"!

Certain professions do have mandatory retirement age, so this is not something alien.

You are a freaking nut.....really. Make your own way...you don't need it "handed" to you...what are you, a democrat? You gotta pay your dues, do your time, crack your own nut....work, dude!

Me having more money than you does NOT decrease YOUR chances of making plenty of money...this is the lie you've been told! The more folks work, and create, the more money comes into existence. it's not "finite".

Taking money from one to give to another only makes the "giver" poorer...it doesn't make the "getter" richer!

If you can work and someone will hire you, what business is it of the government to prohibit that? We need LESS Government messing around, not more.

With a heaping helping of Socialism sprinkled on top! Force those geezers to start parting ASAP with their retirement savings for the benefit of the youngins'! To paraphrase one of their heroes, "From those that have to those who don't!"

Personally, I worked a long time to reach the top of the professional pile in my field and am enjoying what I do moreso than at any time in the past. I could retire early but I'll do so only when I'm damned good and ready to go. Besides, private school for my 8 y.o. is over $30K per year so what I'm making now is being put to good use!

The only selfish person I see here is you. How about YOU go out and create a business to lower the unemployment rate. What's wrong with YOU doing it.
