You guys need a better handle on the legal system. This is a lowly district court whose ruling has already been appealed. This one judge has no ability to stop the implementation; in fact, he denied the injunction because he knows he would be overturned in a heartbeat. He declared the law unconstitutional but declined to stop the implementation because he knows it will go up to a higher court for review. OK? OK.
