Since the agents were clearly out of their jurisdiction, they should have been arrested for trying to make a face to face deal when not a resident of the state of AZ.

Exactly. Bloomberg's agents were knowingly and willfully committing a federal felony.

people of NY should be proud he is spending thier tax money policing another state insdead of his own. what an idiot. We still hold our gun show at the local high school.I dont like filling out gov forms as I am a free man

Contact the BATFE and tell them to begin an investigation. Not that it would happen, but Bloomberg himself should be investigated as a straw purchaser of illegally procured firearms.

Have you read Kafka?

I think there's something in federal law as to felonies about 'knowingly and intentionally' breaking the law.

You mean like Arizona private gun sellers not following the law that a person who is suspected of being unable to pass a background check should hot be sold a firearm?

If I had to venture a guess the people who agreed to sell to them were also bloomberg agents.

He did it in SC at a gun shop. The owner sued him and won. I can't recall what the appeal came out on deciding though.
