It depends in what you believe, if you are a Christian you say the time is near but not the end yet. There are still things that still have to happen, one clear sign is when the Jews remove the Muslim temple and replace it with their own. Also I would remind you that the Bible does not say the world will end, there will be a great war and many many people will die but the end of the world is not foretold.
