I want Palin to win the Republican nomination because it would mean Obama would win. Should Democrats keep telling Republicans that Palin can't win and that they would be idiots to nominate her just because in their world everything Democrats stand for and think is wrong, so therefore they automatically think the opposite?

I am a liberal as well.

I would hope that the Republicans would nominate the best possible candidate-- So if they defeat Obama they will do a good job. The best possible candidate is NOT Sarah Palin.

Isn't that what we all should want?

You give Democrats far too much credit.

Actually the best move for Democrats would be to switch party affiliations in order to be eligible to vote in the Republican primaries. If enough Dems vote for Palin in addition to the support she already has, she will easily win the GOP nomination. That will then setup the GOP for a massive loss in the general election.

It is really very simple, if Palin runs Obama will get a second term.

When did she announce she was even running or are you wasting more space with yet another Palin thread?

It's fun watching the Dems pin their hopes on retaining the White House on Palin

She's not on my list of people I'd like to see elected President,
but I just love her for the way she drives liberals even loonier.
