They can both be either good or bad. There's obviously a difference between Enron and Nike, so you can't clump corporations together. The federal government also has important uses that it has to be careful not to overstep.

Entities in and of themselves are not "evil". People working within them can make them that way but I don't see how either of your examples qualify as "evil".
I suspect that the OP has no real understanding of what true evil is to pose such an inane question.
Corporations essentially dictate to the Federal government. They win the evilness contest hands down.
