I watched the first couple of minutes. It seemed to me he was explaining how he wasn't saying what he was saying yesterday?? I guess, he feels he needs to start his shows with a disclaimer. For protection? I don't know, but he does very often tell his listeners, "Don't listen to me". Pretty good cover I guess.

The "don't take what i say, check the facts for yourself" absolutely is a disclaimer to save his rear from lawsuits.
