Yes, very good analysis. Part of their propaganda approach.

lmbo @ charity groups

I attended weekly tea parties. I didnt know we got funding from anyone but ourselves

That darn Beck for bringing more attention to Soros. Notice I said more because its not like Soros was in hiding but you appear to be upset at Beck for bringing more attention to Soros. Guess you wanted him to be secretly in the back funding the left.

So, we have the Koch brother supporting the people as individuals and on the other side you have Soros supporting corporations, media and the lobbyists, in the name of social justice??

Right....

In both instances, Ginsberg spoke before a broad group of people where the content was widely disclosed. It was open. Supreme Court justices usually try to put themselves above the political fray, meaning that they can speak about issues with the court, but they don't become part of the process of making laws themselves, or planning strategy. Their job is to impartially rule on laws--not help make them, or give one side a plan of attack on how to approach the court.

When you have justices attending closed door meetings where the content is obviously political strategy (unless you think they were meeting to discuss their golf games ), that puts this in a whole different arena. Again--if a more liberal leaning judge did this, a bunch of you would be screaming conspiracy theories all over the place, and ranting about activist judges. In this case, those theories might just be true.

Again--I can't stand hypocrites.
