Bottom Line:

Unless you think Gallop is a sham, these are the numbers, unbiased and clear.

Deal with them.

I am simply making a statement of truth.

I think I can do that on this forum

I saw these Gallup poll results this morning and once again, Gallup is surveying all adults, not likely voters or even registered voters. Apparently all you have to do is pick up the phone and say you are over a certain age for Gallup to ask for your opinion and count you.

So what, if they find him polarizing if say, 60 percent or 20 percent or 80 percent of the people Gallup polls don't vote? It's meaningless because you can't use their results to make a prediction of what this would mean at election time.

That 68-point gap in party ratings is up from 65 points in his first year and is easily the most polarized second year for a president since Dwight Eisenhower.

Obama's Approval Ratings More Polarized in Year 2 Than Year 1
Tyranny, even in its early stages, in quie the polarizing thing. So is deliberate class warefare

No, Dubya dragged America into an unnecessary vendetta war in Iraq and pushed America to the edge of a financial abyss...practically everyone agrees on that.

We all know what the "real" motivation is behind the RWNJs "lash and bash". The contempt by the RWNJs started even before President Obama was sworn into office.

Is that really polarization, or the reality of a president making difficult decisions that proved pretty necessary to deal with a crisis but not necessarily popular?

Now that we're in full economic recovery, you'll see this gap continue to diminish. His second year is a distant memory by this point and his approval ratings are already above 50%, which is pretty astounding.
