Both Thomas' and the Geithner need resolution.
::sigh::

That's as may be, but they are not the same issue. The IRS has nothing to do with ethics (in more ways than one).

I give you .1/10 for the troll post.

Liberals don't care that he's Black. It's a non-issue.

What's at issue is either:

A. He's a moron who can't fill out a form correctly. Multiple times. Involving reporting hundreds of thousands of dollars. Since he's a Supreme court justice, I don't think he's a moron.
B. He thought he could mark it incorrectly and get away with it. Somehow. It's a public form. Beats me.

He judges the laws for you and me. I see it as a case of "Do as I say, not as I do."

I'm sure it will be explained away. I believe he said he misunderstood. This man dissects the law for a living and "misunderstood."

Sure. Sure he did. And I've got a bridge I want to sell you. In Brooklyn.

LOL! "Non-investment income" is such a complex question, I can totally see how he could "misunderstand" it, mark the box NONE and not list his wife's "Non-investment" income, even though he clearly understood what "Non-investment income" was when reporting his own income. Yeah, I can buy that excuse! Slap him on the wrist and move on. He's black, after all. Apparently that has something to do with it. I guess.

Not sure J. Edgar Hoover had much to do with ethics either, but he sure was a check on every president during his tenure.
