Thank you for the definitions. I couldn't have "found" them. Anyway, is there anything to worry, if it is just a weather issue as it has lasted only a short period of time (going by the definition you've provided)? It done now, right? Or, are we in for a long haul with this weather issue?

Oh, and what criteria was used to determine that this was just an extreme weather issue and not a weather pattern (climate)? What was it compared to?
