A quick google search found that the ACLU says it costs about $40, but I found several that only cost $2. Companies manage to drug test without going into the red.

Mainly because some of Welfare benefits are abused and not earned, whereas UB are scrutinized with 4 paying quarters yearly and enough paid in by you/ your employer for you to qualify, not to mention how you were term'ed..
Another great bill to stimulate the economy, and create jobs... in the punishment business. About the only place other than war that Republicans know how to create.
