A quick google search found that the ACLU says it costs about $40, but I found several that only cost $2. Companies manage to drug test without going into the red.

$4.72 with an iCup. Translates to $118 for every 25 people you test.

I have to use these monthly.. It sucks, but hey, at least I am employed.

There just ain't nothin' like smaller government that will check everybody's body fluids. It''s the conservative's idea of freedom. What a bunch of pancakes!

I absolutely agree with this. If testing must occur...

Mainly because some of Welfare benefits are abused and not earned, whereas UB are scrutinized with 4 paying quarters yearly and enough paid in by you/ your employer for you to qualify, not to mention how you were term'ed..

This stat is not current but : 266,469 are unemployed in Indiana as of last year .

So....of those lets assume half are receiving benefits...

So...133,000 tested ...what monthly ?

This is going to get expensive assuming 10-20 bucks a pop !

As compared to $50 a WEEK. Minimum. That is what they get if they pass, so it's expensive already.

Alot of companies require a drug test upon hire and you sign a paper to have it randomly done for any reason including work injury.

Is yours a set time each year ?

I got an idea. Why not make a law that says you own your own body and end welfare at the federal level?

Another great bill to stimulate the economy, and create jobs... in the punishment business. About the only place other than war that Republicans know how to create.
