Germany or Austria. EU's immigration is fairly strict but I meet many qualifying standards of the countries. If that doesn't work out, than probably New Zealand or Australia.
The populaces are very politically educated and engaged. The nation truly looks out for its citizens rather than looking to fill out the corporate pockets. Worker's right in both countries are outstanding. The businesses and Unions respect each other and work together.

Except workers rights are actually well protected there and religious people there are very mild or non-practicing.
Austria is about 66% Catholic yet only 8% attend church and only 45% say religion is a part of their life. I have no problem with religion but USA just loves to shove traditional religious values down your throat.
