It was free in the old USSR and it was a means of social mobility there even more than here.

The Economist Intelligence Unit says that the US is ranked 17th on the Democracy Index. Germany is ahead of the US, in 14th place and Denmark, the place that actually punishes retarded people for saying retarded sh*t, is in 3rd.

Oops.

I for one am getting out of here as soon as I graduate with a degree.
Why wait? With your attitude you wouldn't last long, anyway. Don't let the door hit your butt too hard when you leave.

Actually. we are run by Global Banks, Marxist radicals and their corporate supporters if you'd like to be accurate. There is no theocracy in the US, not even close.

There are graduate schools in other countries so there is no reason to use that for your excuse to stay. Buh, bye....

It helps a lot.

Its not only the education but the overall attitude of the society. You have more vacations, better and more secure health care coverage, better public transportation and as the above poster said, more social mobility. Oh yeah the cities are more visually pleasing than the concrete hellholes we have here.

Life is easier and more enjoyable.

How many of those 90,000 killed in Iraq were Americans?

That's why dual citizenship helps!

Somewhere in the EU is tempting for me to move to.

40,000 to 50,000 roughly. But would 100,000 be dead if we invaded in the first place? Doesn't matter if we killed them or not the fact we were there is the reason they are dead.

Germany- 8.38
US- 8.18

The difference is rather insignificant.
