It's true, if you don't see it then it didn't happen. You will never know, you can't know, you don't know right now unless someone tells you. Maybe your mom is keeping something from you? But you are still free to sit around and fret about the secret sins of others, just as they are doing when they think about you But you will never be able to force someone to have a baby. Try it and see what happens.
That is what may happen, depending on what other regulations and such get enacted.
But you stated that it was what I wanted. In point of fact, I never stated that I was in favor of such regulations/restrictions. I merely pointed out that such is the way that laws get changed all the time.

That said, you cannot train doctors not to do abortions. Many abortions are medically necessary.
You cannot train someone to be anti-choice anymore than you could train someone to be anti-religion.
