It's happening on both sides.

We are a country being run on fear and PC.
Not those who run the schools, they are all liberal freaks.

It isn't just the NEA making all this happen. Or maybe you have some documentation that things are seriously different in Texas than they are in the rest of the country?

Look this is a funtion of liberal stupidity.

Liberals have ruined the ability of school administrators to disipline disruptive children.

what is the next step? make parents pay.

Get rid of liberals and you have proper disipline in schools. zap, stupid tickets go away....

Oh and yea, this thread is an attack on TEXAS.

Texas is not any different from any other state in that respect. For example, many Alaskan high schools have indoor gun ranges included when the school was built. They were used to teach high-school aged kids about firearms and firearm safety since over 90% of Alaskan homes contain firearms. After the 1989 Stockton school shooting the liberal freaks in Congress, in another knee-jerk reaction, banned all firearms from schools. Rep. Schumer (at that time) went even further and wrote a law that banned all firearms within 500 feet of a school. Fortunately, the Supreme Court tossed that monstrosity out as unconstitutional, yet firearms continue to be banned at every school.

Liberal freaks are only concerned with shoving their agenda down the throats of gullible children, even if they have to drug them or send them to prison to do it.

I agree with everything you said, except for the last sentence. Texas just happens to be where the latest act of liberal stupidity took place, but it is not an attack against Texas. This kind of liberal stupidity is happening nation-wide.

Basiclly the police office acted on chrage made by teh teacher of disruption. Its alos a office of the school district and they control what he writes tickets for and when.A far as age she can not be criminally charged still just a a student that is absent is not;its the parents who actually pay those fines. Neither can that I know of be jailed since its a fine only offense and courts have long ruled that you can not be jailed for a fine only offense but must be given a ticket unelss you refuse then you post bond.. The problem is not the disruption law but the district application like so often in laws. I also ebelieve that these type laws shoud be that the parnet is given the ticket and court appeacance be mandatory by parents.I many staes when a student has too many absences both the parent and the student no matter the age have to appear in court;a ticket or other method of charging them is the mehtod of enforcing that.If one case proved that all laws where not valid because of misapplication then alot of law would be gone. This is much like I got a ticklet for sppeding and I didn't do it. Even a video will only show what it wants just like that thread.I was quiter suprise when talkig to a police officer from astright democratic councilled city that the go out ofn several calls a week for parnets who report their child refuses to go to school becuase the city decides to send them .He says that the parnets often have been warned of about beig charged with their childs for abseence problem and want a policeman to be available to testify that they did everyhtig they could absent force. Also remmeber that most of the police i schools are there because of school administration because teachers do not want to handle it lie it the past.I this case it starts with that techer makig the complainantand the oofice of the school police lijkely has to write a tickjet o that complaint by the teaher by rules. It is of couyrse upto the teacher to prove the complaint in a court.

Great, so you've proven my point. Even though there was a liberal knee-jerk reaction to the situation, even conservative school administrators continue to enforce gun bans. Unless, of course, you can show that only liberal school districts enforce the ban, while conservative school districts freely allow guns at school?

Oh wait a minute, you've already shown that isn't the case. Obviously Alaskan school administrations must be conservative or they wouldn't have built gun ranges in the first place. And yet they enforce the ban.

There's another Federal law banning guns around schools? Oy vey. I knew of the one from twenty years ago that got shot down in the Supreme Court, but I hadn't heard of another one. When was this?

Pure BS. In Texas the zero tolerance stupidity is backed by just as many Conservatives as Liberals.
