Amen. Pun intended.

I'm glad to see most people are fine with civil unions.....I don't care what anyone wants to call it as long as I have equal Federal rights(it's just semantics)....I've been with my partner for 28 years this month....but Florida denies even the state right of "marriage"......Good for Hawaii>>>>>

It's a big problem. Put the gay people in jail until they get over it. Their life style is a filthy habit.

This statement is just dripping with reason and compassion, ain't it? No bigotry and hatred in it at all.

Newsflash, it ain't the 1950s any more. We're in the 21st Century and making great social progress, whether you like it or not.

Hard to imagine anyone seriously trying to respond to this without getting a TOS violation, but I will try.

Are you trying to play a game here on who can say the craziest thing??

Seriously, it seems like every time you don't think some of the posts here on CD can't get any nuttier someone proves you wrong. The saddest thing is I have made a comment similar to this multiple times, and time and time again the insanity level goes further and further off the charts.

actually this nation would be fine if we just abolished 'Marriage" from all of our legal documents and laws.

EVERYONE gets a civil union.

Since the religious zealots wants to protect the meaning of a word, then they can hold a "marriage" which will carry no legal or federally recognized status.

Remove all reference to Marriage from our law, create only Civil Unions and be done with it.

Hawaii Passes Civil Unions | News | The Advocate
I am fine with civil unions being legal, and them having all the same rights/bennies as marriage

but dont REdefine marriage

marriage is between man and woman
