It seems that the media is still silent about this story. This link is for 2-4-11 and the MSM has managed to remain silent about the fact that the Interior Department has been held in contempt of court because the judge had declared their move to shut off oil production in the Gulf last year. The Dept. continued their de facto order after he ruled their action unconstitutional.

Does anyone here remember any of the broadcast media even mentioning this one? I remember Fox mentioning it but nobody else. This action tells me that only when they agree with a court decision do the Obamas intend to follow the decisions.

Who is this guy to think he can legislate from the bench?!?!? He's just ... oh wait...

Just kidding, Summers73.

Looks like the Internet media picked it up (Politico, Huffington Post). If Beck mentioned it, then the MSM picked it up since Beck is a deeply-rooted member of the MSM (though a liar, as we proved on two accounts this week. My ring is still extended waiting for the kiss of submission, Roysoldboy).

U.S. Supreme Court fails to support federal Judge in MC-252 incident - GLG News

The lower court doesn't have the power to stop the ban, it has to come from the Supreme Court, which as of yet, hasn't said a word about it.
