Sarcasm can be awesome, but if you are trying to generate an actual dialogue, sarcasm does not go very far. In fact, it sets a rather ridiculous and stupid tone.
Maybe we can trade the anti American idiot for some oil even up.
He cannot even find most of these countries on a map let alone take credit for doing nothing.
How about giving the PEOPLE of those countries the credit and not some fool who has nearly crippled the US economically, killed the American dream and has piled up debt we can never repay.

Sure, if it works out well for him he will take credit. Sorta like accepting the Nobel peace prize and increasing hostilities in the middle east. For either one, he has done nothing so of course he will claim credit.
