The GOP-led House voted today to block funding to implement the nation's health care law.
Specifically, the House voted to prohibit any funds be used by the Internal Revenue Service to carry out the law's mandate that Americans buy health insurance. The individual mandate, one of the law's key tenets, has been struck down by federal courts.
Uh, I would beg to differ - the law has been ruled VOID.
Once again, a defunding that is going nowhere. I guess house Repugs could care less about the unemployed as long as they get to defund everything. Here's a clue, how about defunding the entire house and senate. What's the chances of that happening?

You are correct, but that ruling, as correct and proper as it is, could be set aside by activist judges. Best to put as many nails in its coffin as possible Belt and suspenders approach.

It has not been ruled void, you should not spread untruths.
As for the defunding craze, do you think the House expects to get any bills passed, because at this point it looks very doubtful they can pass anything, enjoy.

Incorrect, again. The judge in the state suit threw the WHOLE LAW out, because the dems neglected to include a severability clause in the law.
It was ruled VOID.
How will obama force the GOP to put in obamacare funding?
