You obviously misunderstand the point.

MY money goes to the government and THEY decide who to distribute it to.

When I donate, I chose where the money goes.

Charity is not forced "redistribution". Government taxation is.

I wonder just what Repugs DO want their taxes spent on?

Well, I know they like war and bloodshed so they should be happy about that even if the military is one of the biggest money wasters, rife with fraud and corruption....monogramed towels for soldiers in Iraq? Repugs NEED that.

Corporations pay almost no income tax....and we make up the difference(please don't tell me how high their taxes are, they, through loopholes, do NOT pay them)...Repugs don't mind.

So what else do Repugs think taxes should pay for?? It IS a mystery???

We all do.

The point is, conservatives are much more generous to the poor with THEIR OWN MONEY!

Look at obama's and biden's "charitable giving" as well.

There is a pattern of greed throughout the liberal elite.

Voluntary charity is a blessing.
Compulsory charity is a curse.

A man who wants to share his property is admirable.
A man who wants to coerce you to share your property is despicable.
A man who wants government to compel you to "share your wealth" is president.
Outstanding!

{You really think that will improve things?}

FWIW - socialism is not synonymous with public property.
Socialism is collective ownership, and the abolition of private property (absolute ownership by individuals)

The focus of the Conservative Movement is the perservation and expansion of social, political and economic power of White Christian Americans and the preservation and expansion of power for corporate interests. Everything Conservatives say and do focus on these areas.

Interesting how they mentioned the failed educational system as one of the causes of welfare dependency.

But you'd have to be objective enough to realize that plays in role in the problem.

What conservatives really want: individual responsiblity and accountability! A foreign concept to some.
