Bc that is some sick sh*t. I would be happy to see this practice go by the wayside.

No circumcision until your 18..it's a human rights issue and should not be forced on babies.
If caught it's $1000 and one year in jail.

The Jewish community is upset naturally. Circumcision is part of their religion.

[sarcasm] yeah, legislation through popularity[/sarcasm]

The petition will fail as its a violation of Constitutional Rights to excerise a religious belief

I'm all for circumcision and will have it done to my son, if I ever have one.

Why should a parent have the right to permanently remove perfectly normal, healthy, and functioning parts of their childrens' bodies? What body parts should parents be allowed to have removed from their children, and what body parts are off limits?

Totally. It's an absolute travesty that the US has a federal ban making it illegal to have your daughter circumcised. Who is the government to tell me I can't have my daughter's clitoris removed to please my God??? The assault on religion must end.

If you got circumcised as a baby, don't worry, you're really not missing all that much.

BTW, men with circumcised penises are far more attractive and enticing than those who have not been snipped. Sorry, but uncircumcised men gives me the heebie jeebies.

Can parents consent to plastic surgery for their minor children, elective or not?

Yes, they can.

Case closed.

As a parent can I (or more importantly should I be allowed to) have my infant son's nipples removed?

As a parent can I (or more importantly should I be allowed to) have my infant son's pinky toes removed?

As a parent can I (or more importantly should I be allowed to) have my infant son's earlobes removed?

How about something more substantial like a hand?

It's my body. It's my nipple, it's my toe, it's my earlobe, it's my hand, it's my foreskin. Why should anyone other than me have the "right" to permanently remove it from my body?
