You can argue about performance all you want. If the money isn't there, then the money isn't there.

This is not an issue of performance, but the allocation of taxpayer funds.

Yet we have enough common sense to have multiple cities in the top business areas in the country.

We ain't perfect - but we are doing OK despite the financial circumstances.
