Except, of course, that these guys were elected by Democratic constituencies, so they may in fact be loved for what they are doing. No chance of a recall then.

I think the recall efforts are growing fairly fast. For next Jan, when Walker can be recalled. Change.org is gathering the signatures now.

To initiate recall election in Wis. it looks like you only need signatures that total 25% of the amount voting in previous election:

Quote:
Laws governing recall in Wisconsin - Ballotpedia

The number of valid signatures required for a recall election is 25 percent of the number of persons that voted in the last preceding election for the office of governor within the electoral district of the officer sought to be recalled. Each signer must be a qualified voter within the district represented by the officeholder being recalled, and the address of each signer must be located within that district.
That should be easy to accomplish, the next hurdle would be getting enough votes in recall election. If any of those legislators were in close election they most certainly would be in trouble. The article posted in the OP states half of the 14 would be eligible, that's 7 different chances. You only need to get one removed.

Rick Scott here in Fla is a bit concerned as well. Local polls are showing 67% are favoring a recall. Scott seems to be backing off his kill the unions position.
