How is the middle class being affected by this anti union attitude?
Their WI property tax bills will decrease, stay flat, or match a very moderate level of inflation (remember, no COLA for Social Security ) - at a minimum.

Seems teachers and unions believe it should only be the ones paying their wages who should be feeling the pain.
